These terms govern your use of the Document Ocean 360 website and platform, operated by MAOcean 360. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. Enterprise customers may have a separate master agreement that takes precedence over these terms.
Document Ocean 360 provides cloud-based document management and document control, including document registers, revision and version control, review and approval workflows, transmittals, and audit trails. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
Your organization retains all rights to the documents and data it uploads. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to authorized users in order to provide the service. We do not use your customer content to train machine-learning models or sell it to third parties.
We target high availability and operate redundant infrastructure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation except where a service-level agreement is in place for Enterprise customers. Support response targets vary by plan.
You may cancel at any time; paid periods already invoiced are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. Following termination, your organization may export its data within the export window described in your agreement.
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by your organization in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the service or email and apply from the next billing period unless required sooner by law.
