Audit Log

See every action taken across your organization, filter it by user, project, action and date, and export it to CSV.

The Audit Log is the complete history of actions across your organization: who did what, to which document, project or workflow, and when. Use it to answer “who changed this?”, to prepare for an audit, or to check how a document reached its current state.

Admin The Audit Log is available to Admins and above. Open it from Settings → Audit Log.

Find this at: /settings/audit-log

Exporting to CSV

1

Filter first

Set the filters you need. The export follows the current filters, so you can export, for example, one project's approvals for one month.

2

Export CSV

Click Export CSV. The file downloads to your computer when the export completes.

Preparing for an audit

Filter by project and date range, then export to CSV. The file gives an auditor a complete, time-stamped trail of every review decision, upload and change for that period.
