Billing

See your plan and usage, change plan, add onboarding and add-ons, and manage invoices and payment methods.

The Billing page shows your current plan, how much of it you are using, and everything you can buy or change. What you see depends on how your organization pays: a subscription billed by card through Stripe, or a direct contract agreed with our team.

Admin Billing is available to Admins and above. Open it from Settings → Billing.

Find this at: /settings/billing

Usage

Both kinds of account show a Usage panel with your current Projects, Storage and Members against your plan’s limits, so you can see when you are close to a limit before you reach it.

Subscription Accounts

Your plan

The top of the page shows your Current plan, whether it is in a trial, and its renewal date.

Changing plan

1

Choose the billing period

Switch between Monthly and Annual. Annual billing saves 25%. All prices are in USD.

2

Add onboarding (optional)

On any paid plan, switch on Add onboarding to include the one-time onboarding package: project-template customization, live and recorded training, data import assistance, custom workflow setup and a dedicated onboarding manager.

3

Choose a plan

Click Choose on the plan you want. The button shows the total at checkout. Your current plan is marked Current plan, and plans below it are marked Lower tier.

4

Pay in Stripe

Checkout opens in Stripe. The new plan applies once payment is confirmed.

Add-ons

Available Add-ons lists extras you can buy on top of your plan, such as more storage, an e-signature pack, external reviewer access, video storage, more users or a full system data export. Some are recurring and some are one-time. Click Buy; the add-on activates automatically once payment is confirmed and then appears under Active Add-ons. Add-ons included in your plan are marked Included with Enterprise.

Invoices and payment methods

Click Manage billing in Stripe to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your card, download invoices and change billing details.

Direct Contract Accounts

If your organization has a direct contract, the page shows the contract instead of plan cards:

Contract details

Start date / End date Required

The contract period.

Contract amount Required

The value of the current contract.

Last payment

The most recent payment received.

Renewal amount

What the next period will cost.

Active Add-ons

Add-ons on your contract, with expiry dates.

Use Download contract PDF for a copy of the contract. To add or remove add-ons or change the contract, click Contact account manager.
