Admin Dashboard
A central command center for platform administrators with real-time metrics, activity feeds, and quick navigation to all admin functions.
The Admin Dashboard is the central command center for managing the Document Ocean 360 platform. It provides at-a-glance metrics, a live activity feed, and quick access to every administrative function.
Admin The Admin Dashboard is accessible to Org Admins only.
/admin Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is divided into three main sections:
Metrics Cards at the top display key numbers at a glance — active users, documents uploaded this month, active workflows, and storage usage. Each card includes a trend indicator showing the change compared to the previous period.
Activity Feed in the center shows a chronological stream of recent platform events: new user registrations, document uploads, workflow completions, and configuration changes. Each entry links directly to the relevant resource for quick investigation.
Quick Navigation Sidebar on the left provides one-click access to all admin functions, organized by category.
Dashboard refresh
Metrics and activity data refresh automatically every 60 seconds. You can also click the refresh icon in the top-right corner to force an immediate update.

From the Admin Dashboard, you can quickly navigate to any administrative section.

Create, edit, suspend, or delete organizations across the platform.
Support & Inquiries
View and respond to user support tickets and marketing site inquiries.
Team Management
Invite users, assign roles, and manage access across organizations.
Organization Settings
Configure org profiles, billing, audit logs, and storage.
Admin Capabilities
The Admin Dashboard provides Org Admins with a comprehensive view of their organization’s data and full control over administrative functions.
Key Metrics
The dashboard surfaces the following metrics, automatically calculated from platform data:
- Active Users — Users who logged in within the last 30 days
- Documents This Month — Total documents uploaded in the current calendar month
- Active Workflows — Workflows currently in progress awaiting review or approval
- Storage Used — Total storage consumed as a percentage of the plan limit
- Pending Invitations — Team invitations that haven’t been accepted yet
Pin important metrics
Click the pin icon on any metric card to move it to the top of the dashboard. Pinned metrics persist across sessions so your most important KPIs are always visible first.
