Organization Settings
Configure your organization's profile, billing, audit log, and data storage — available to Admins and above.
Organization settings are the central hub for managing your company’s presence in Document Ocean 360. From here, you can update your organization profile, manage subscription billing, review audit logs, and monitor data storage usage.
Admin Access to organization settings requires the Org Admin role or higher.

Audit Log
The audit log provides a chronological record of every significant action taken within your organization — user logins, permission changes, document deletions, and configuration updates.
Audit log for compliance
The audit log is essential for ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance. It cannot be modified or deleted by any user, including Admins. Logs are retained for the lifetime of the organization.
Audit entries include the actor (who performed the action), action type, target resource, timestamp, and IP address. You can filter the log by date range, user, or action type, and export it to CSV for external review.
Data & Storage
Monitor your organization’s storage consumption from the Data tab. The dashboard shows total storage used, a breakdown by file type (PDF, DWG, images, etc.), and storage remaining on your current plan.
If storage limits are approaching, the system will display a warning banner. Admins can free up space by archiving superseded revisions or upgrading the plan.
